First of all, let me say, this is less of a "hike" and more of a short stroll to a waterfall overlook. The trail to the overlook can't be more than a quarter of a mile, but since the falls are very pretty, we thought it worth a mention on our website.

Finding the trailhead that leads to the falls is the most difficult part of this trip. Make sure you know where you are going before you head out, or you have no chance of finding the road that leads to the trailhead.

If you are a "die-hard" hiker, this would not be the hike for you. This is more of a location for someone looking for a place to picnic than hike. but, all in all, it was worth the 5 minutes it took to walk to the falls. When we visited, we were a little dissapointed with the length of the trail, and we found ourselves wondering where else we could go to actually take a hike.
One more thing worth mentioning, be very, very careful around the falls if you decide to venture down to the water from the overlook. The rocks were very wet and covered with moss when we were there, and I can imagine more than one person has fallen or slipped there. It's not worth busting an arm just to get close to the falls.
